When our family was in a position of having to relocate to Texas from Oregon within 4 weeks time, I found John Thurman at Heart of Texas Realty online and dropped him an email. He called right back and sounded like someone who had the heart and the drive to help us find the perfect home!!

Not only did John have extensive knowledge as to the homes for sale in proximity to the area and school districts, but he went the extra mile for us as different situations arose along the way during our closing process. He dealt with all the different aspects that go along with the financing, home inspections, etc. and kept us totally informed on a daily basis as to what was to be expected from us and from all involved in a timely manner.

Our transition in relocating 2200 miles to our new home in San Antonio was made much easier as a whole with John representing us as our realtor. He was ready when we pulled into town with the U-Haul truck, keys to the front door of our new home in hand and a house-warming gift to boot!

We really can't say enough about what a great job John did for us and would be honored to recommend him to anyone we know!

John and Suzanne came to Heart of Texas Realty via a CRS referral. They became one of our most unique customers. After a solid week of very serious searching, they selected a home that they wanted to rescue. I assessed the situation and determined that even if the house were rescued, I would not feel comfortable representing it if they were to sell it through our company. So, I asked them not to buy it.
